Silver Silo Bakery and Espresso represents the realization of a dream for a couple of farm boys who grew up on a dairy farm in Beryl, Utah. There, we had the opportunity to grow our own food, and we enjoyed the healthy lifestyle it provided. 

In 2006, we left the farm and started a steel erection company. Although fast food was readily available, we missed the wholesome goodness we had on the farm. In response, our families volunteered to come out and cook for us while we worked across the country.

With three nutritious meals served each day to our crews, we witnessed the positive impact of these meals on their performance. Inspired by this experience, we decided to invest in our hometown of Cedar City to turn our dream into reality. Our goal is to provide a delicious variety of wholesome sandwiches, soups, pastries, and drinks, all with quick service and without compromising quality.
